WestmorelandFlint Welcomes Three New Employees

WestmorelandFlint welcomes Matthew Olin, Lydia Farber and Crystal Taylor.
Matthew Olin joins the creative team as a graphic designer, working to strengthen and grow brands through concept, design and production. He recently graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Master of Fine Arts in graphic design and previously earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Colorado. Olin has worked as a graduate instructor at the University of Minnesota Duluth and had been working at WestmorelandFlint part-time since April 2011.
Lydia Farber joins the team as an account coordinator, a role in which she coordinates details on client projects and collaborates with the creative and account teams to ensure success. She previously worked as a marketing account executive with 50 Below. Farber graduated from South Dakota State University with a degree in journalism and mass communications with a broadcast emphasis.
Crystal Taylor joins the group as a project manager and public relations specialist. She will oversee, lead and manage multiple client projects and work with media coordination, public relations and strategic planning. Taylor recently led fundraising efforts on behalf of the City of Duluth for the Enger Tower and Park Restoration project as the development coordinator. Taylor has a Bachelor of Science degree in youth development and a certificate in nonprofit administration from the University of Wisconsin Superior.
